Binding Vows

Binding Vows (縛り Shibari) are CE contracts made with yourself or with others. Keep the vow and you gain power. Break it and you’ll regret it.

Vow on Yourself

• Riskier is better: CE comes from negative energy, so the more a vow endangers you, the bigger the payoff.
• Payoff: a temporary boost to CE Output, Strength and efficiency.
• Example, “Limiting”: restrict the CE you can use for a while, then get a power boost to overwhelm your enemy.
• Breaking it: not serious. You just lose the gains.

Vow with Others

• Made between two parties and bound with CE.
• Only valid if the terms favor both sides.
• Breaking it: an extremely dangerous consequence. Nobody knows what.
