Stamina (the Stamina value of your current S.T.S rank). Round up, so every skill costs at least 1.

- +10% a turn
Skill Mastery lowers these costs.

You can’t use skills at all, only basic actions like moving and regular attacks.
Recovering

Catch your breath: spend a turn without using skills or attacking to recover 10% of your max Stamina.

After the fight: a proper rest out of combat restores you to full.
